CureIt LifeSci has started to research, design, and develop new micronutrient based products that address known medical conditions.  Using plants that can be continuously harvested, we expect to extract a compound, C007, that enriches healthy tissue, eliminates and suppresses senescent (non-productive) cells while increasing the production of healthy cells.  The Company believes that our Products will prove to be valuable in the treatment of healthy people, and compromised patients.

At this time, all of the components we expect to use are considered food supplements, or Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) ingredients. We intend to make claims on the efficacy of our Products and validate the proven clinical effect. Unlocking the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient in C007, could create a New Drug Application.  This would represent a massive barrier to entry, of more value, we believe, than patents. This will legitimize a sector that does not currently have any non-toxic biological based drugs cleared by the FDA: SenoTherapy.  

GMP MicroNutrient Supply Business

If our new Non-Toxic Process works as expected, it represents an entire OEM supply business unto itself. Hundreds of potential customers have been identified that currently compound a toxic product to test; none have ever made it to the FDA stage. We intend to create a scaled up, minimally toxic manufacturing process that has never been done in the world for this MicroNutrient. 

All the products we expect to design are made from MicroNutrients. MicroNutrients are typically classified as food supplements; however, we intend to use them in a way that will create documented clinical benefits.  MicroNutrients include: 

– Minerals, naturally occurring inorganic products

– Vitamins, organic substance found in naturally produced food

– BioFlavonoids, plant compounds that are biologically active

Using non-toxic, biocompatible ingredients, we expect to develop a product for SenoTherapeutic Infusion. Certain combinations of MicroNutrients have been proven to reduce tumor size and increase drug uptake in animal studies and bench tests.  The Therapeutic Infusion market is growing at 7.2% annually, with a projected market of nearly $40 Billion by 2026. SenoTherapy is a new and emerging field of removing non-functioning cells that accumulate in the body, known as senescent cells.  Senescent cells are linked to an increase in health problems and aging of tissues and organs.  The Infusion market of $40b does not include the Immunotherapy Market, which Salxome could enter after more rigorous clinical testing to increase the Indications For Use. 

Despite amazing advances in understanding and treating age-related conditions (such as cancer, heart disease, dementia, diabetes, and many others), and despite the over-the-counter efforts of the anti-aging marketplace, it is still the case that, for basically healthy people, no presently available therapy or tool is proven in humans to provide more than a fraction of the long-term benefits to health and life expectancy provided by regular exercise or a calorie restricted diet.

Treatments based on clearance of senescent cells have been demonstrated to reverse the progression of many currently untreatable age-related conditions in mice. Using our patented and pre-clinically proven product, we believe that we could be the first product to prove MicroNutrient Infusion as a treatment for aging ~ SenoTherapy.

The Key to our success will be the successful development of a process that captures the MicroNutrient BioFlavonoids without using toxic materials.  This has never been done successfully on a scale that could support the creation of a product. We believe that we have the knowledge and team to do so. Additionally, we believe that the process will be earmarked by a very low cost of goods for acquiring and disposing of the raw materials and production waste, respectively.  Currently, we do not have an opinion on pursuing patents or locking down the process as a trade secret.
